You need product vision

We all have experience with projects that either failed to deliver on the hype from project leaders, or ended up in the dumpster as a flaming fiasco of how not to operate a product shortly after launch.

Both issues typically stem from the same root cause – no product vision.

To set a vision for your project/product, you need to be crystal clear on what problem you’re actually trying to solve. If you feel your product can solve all problems for all customers, I would suggest you alter your approach and spend more time on defining the core problems you are looking to solve for.

When building our products, we focus on defining the problem or problems first, then designing a solution that will deliver concrete results that can be tracked and managed when they are implemented by a customer.

Helping our customers improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and increase profitability through meaningful automation is our objective. To be successful in delivering on that promise, we start with a vision to eliminate specific challenges and then work with each customer to ensure they obtain the results expected from the start.

Technology is a tool, not the end result.
